We are Lucy Osborne-Spowart and Rich Osborne and we bought Chalet Neuf in 2022 to use for our own winter and summer mountain adventures. But we don't live there all the time and so we let the chalet to friends at 'mates-rates' for a few selected weeks each year with the aim to only cover our fixed costs.
